A Morehead man is accused of plumbing at an apartment complex under the influence of drugs Tuesday afternoon.
Sonnie Henderson, 42, is charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of a controlled substance first-degree, possession of a controlled substance third-degree, possession of a controlled substance not in a proper container, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The Morehead Police Department responded to a complaint from a resident that there was an intoxicated male in the residence who was doing plumbing work. Upon police arrival, they found Henderson had driven to the location and was under the influence of some type of drugs and he admitted to taking some prior, a police report stated.
According to police, 12 oxycodone 30 mg, and three Alprozolam 2 mg pills were found on his person along with two cut straws with white residue.
Henderson was then taken to the Rowan County Detention Center. The case was under investigation by Patrolman Jeremy Cauley.
