No Kid Hungry !

Once again, Dan Markwell, owner of Fazoli’s of Morehead and Maysville, says the following equation is not acceptable:

Kids + Summer = Hunger

Now until school starts back, Fazoli’s in both locations will be offering free dine-in kids meals, with no purchase required, for those in need.

“Our children should never go hungry, but unfortunately we know it happens all too often, especially this time of year,” Markwell said. “Sadly, statistics show that non-school periods lead to many of our children going hungry. This is unacceptable in the communities we serve and that support us. Many parents and guardians are facing ever-increasing back to school expenses and the end of many summer support programs.”

Markwell says to utilize this opportunity is simple. At the time of order, mention you would appreciate free kids meals for the children with you.

“That is all, no judgments or questions asked,” Markwell said. “Just please remember this offer is for those in need.”

He continued:

“In the past when we’ve shown support for our youth, people kindly ask what they can do to help us. Truly, just let us earn your dining business from time to time with the trust that when we can, we will be there for the communities we serve. You can also help by reaching out to someone you know that can benefit from this offer.”

This offer is only valid at Fazoli’s of Morehead and Maysville and is for dine-in only.

“Our children should not be marginalized, they deserve love, care and happiness, not hunger,” he said.

Markwell and Fazoli’s have offered free meals for various groups over the past few years including teachers, first responders, and many others.
