Car accident claims MSU student

Jan. 30, 2013 — A Morehead State University student was killed in an accident Tuesday, Jan. 29. According to police reports, Charli Jade Gilliam Wright of Sandy Hook passed away from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident.

Wright, 26, was a student at MSU and a stay at home mom.

She is survived by her husband, Anthony Wright; one son, Gunner Anthony Wright; and one daughter, Edie Jade Wright.

Funeral services will be held 1 p.m., Friday, Feb. 1, at Laurel Gorge Church in Sandy Hook with Brother John Horton and Brother Jason Ison officiating.

Burial will follow in the Elliott County Memory Gardens in Sandy Hook.

Friends may visit after 6 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 31, at Laurel Gorge Church in Sandy Hook and anytime Friday until the service hour at the church.
