Septemberfest, Morehead State University’s annual celebration of democracy, on Tuesday featured a volunteer fair. Campus and community members were invited to set up display booths. Sixteen local groups were registered including the MSU College Republicans. An “American as Apple Pie Contest” and concert by the MSU marching band also was held.
