Morehead State University’s Dr. Janet Ratliff, assistant professor of management/entrepreneurship and director of Center for Economic Education, received the Jack Kahl Entrepreneurial Leadership Award for the Sam M. Walton Free Enterprise Fellows of the Year at the 2014 Enactus National Exposition in Cincinnati.
