MOREHEAD, Ky. – Drew Lee hit two home runs, one a grand slam, and drove in seven runs to lead the Morehead State Baseball Eagles to a 13-8 win over UT Martin Sunday (April 20) afternoon at Allen Field in Morehead. With the victory, MSU took the Ohio Valley Conference series, two game-to-one.
MSU is now 15-22 overall, 5-10 in the OVC. UTM is 5-30 overall, 2-11 in the league.
Lee’s grand slam, a blast over the 395-foot mark in the deepest part of the park, gave the Eagles a 7-6 lead in the bottom of the second inning. His second home run was a two-run shot to center field in the eighth. He also picked up an RBI when he was hit by a pitch with the bases loaded in the fourth inning.
