    The Rowan County Middle School girl’s softball team suffered two defeats Wednesday night in a double header against the Bracken County Polar Bears.

    Two former Morehead State University bowlers are going to the Clash of the Champions this weekend in Kansas City; Kelly Kulick and Liz Johnson. Sixteen United State Bowling Congress champions from across the country plan to square off Saturday and Sunday.

    Last Saturday the U-8 Cave Run Muskies baseball team played the Lexington Cal Ripken All-Star Team (all 8 year olds) in Lexington and lost to them 10-9 in 6 innings.

    Domination is an apt description of the Vikings’ Track Team performance in last Saturday’s Eastern Kentucky Conference Championship at Rowan County Senior High School’s Track.
