Choir director accused of growing pot

Feb. 15, 2014 —        Rowan County Senior High School’s choir director has been accused of growing marijuana in her home.

        Diana Knoll was cited for cultivating marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, both of which are misdemeanors.

       Police were tipped off by Knoll’s landlord that she might have an indoor growing operation.

       After obtaining a search warrant, police reportedly found two marijuana plants and drug paraphernalia.
