March 4, 2013 — A new Dollar General store will be built on US 60 east, near Caskey's Jewelry and Pawn. The Kentucky Lodging and Development Company Inc., purchased the land from Jim and Vicki Smith for $120,000. This will be the fourth Dollar General store in Rowan County.
