Three named in sealed indictments for trafficking

May 8, 2012 —       Three sealed indictments handed down April 20 by a Rowan County grand jury have been unsealed.

      Three people were indicted for their alleged role in trafficking in 50 Oxycodone pills on Feb. 10, 2011.

      Donna Kay Blevins, 46, was indicted for trafficking in a controlled substance when she allegedly made a controlled buy of 50 Oxycodone pills.

      Also indicted were:

      • Jackie Kevin Blevins, 50, for complicity to trafficking in a controlled substance when he allegedly aided Blevins in the controlled buy of 50 Oxycodone.

      • Pamela M. Gregory, 57, for complicity to trafficking in a controlled substance when she allegedly aided Blevins in the controlled buy of 50 Oxycodone.

      There are active warrants on all three suspects. Bond is set at $12,500 each.

      Anyone with information on the whereabouts of the individuals is asked to call the Kentucky State Police Morehead post at 784-4127.

      The indictment of a person by a grand jury is an accusation only, and that person is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
