Cancer results from multiple factors

The editor:

President Nixon declared war on cancer in 1971. It was said that a cure would be found within five years. Thirty-seven years and billions and trillions of dollars later, we have more cancer than ever.

Fighting cancer has become a big business. More people today make a living from cancer than die from it. It has been said that only forty percent of money raised for cancer research actually goes to cancer.

Cancer has been researched for decades and still no cure. Modern medicine is not interested in getting to the root cause and preventing it in the first place. All disease is the result of malfunctioning cells, whether it is the common cold or cancer. The two reasons cells malfunction are deficiency (insufficient nutrients) and toxicity (excessive toxins).

The public has been misled to believing that there is a single cure for cancer, which is wrong. The things that we eat, drink, and come in contact with seven days a week lead to cancer. If you are over fifty years old, you more than likely have cancer cells in your body. If you are eighty or older, your body has already fought off cancer up to six times.

You can increase your chances of getting cancer by drinking your tap water, showering without a shower filter, brushing your teeth with fluoride, drinking diet sodas, living on processed and fast foods, using artificial sweeteners, eating pre-packaged meats that contain sodium nitrates and the list goes on and on.

We know that cancer cannot live in an alkaline body; cancer cannot live in an oxygenated body. We must maintain the proper pH balance, which is the most overlooked aspect of good health. If your cells are healthy, you cannot get sick. Every cancer patient has an acidic body, a weak immune system, a deficiency in vitamins and nutrients and a high level of toxins in the body.

Cancer is not something that happens overnight while you are sleeping. People unknowingly abuse their bodies for forty, fifty, sixty years then go to the doctor and expect a pill that will cure them. God designed our bodies to heal themselves: Proverbs 18:9 in the Amplified Bible says, “He who does not use his endeavors to heal himself is brother to him who commits suicide”.

It is impossible for cancer to ever be wiped out by the government, drug companies, hospitals or doctors. It is our responsibility to take charge of our own health and to keep our bodies healthy where disease and cancer cannot exist. If a cancer patient is still eating and drinking the same things they were before they got cancer, they are in big trouble. They must cut out all cancer causing foods and be on a daily regimen of pure water, vitamins, and nutrients.

One may ask, what qualifies you to talk about cancer and health? I have spent the last three to four years reading book after book, studying and researching cancer and other diseases. My sixty-one-year-old brother died from lung cancer; my brother in-law died from lung cancer. My father and mother both had cancer at the time of their deaths. I have a strong desire to assist other people and have become passionate about it.

We all must educate ourselves about what it takes to be healthy. God says, in Hosea 4:6, “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.” We must encourage everyone to learn more about cancer, how to have a strong immune system, how to change our diets and to make correct eating choices. What we take into our bodies determines our state of health or lack of it.
