Glass is accepted at recycling center

The Morehead Recycling Center is now receiving glass – that is, glass bottles and jars only. Yes, thank you for coming back to us. Just around the building, to the back, on the gravel road, you will find bins for different color glass. Separate your glass and throw it in.
Yes, we are now taking e-scrap on a regular basis. All electrical items except TVs (that may come later; right now TVs are too expensive.)
Of course, the outside bins are open all the time, so bring along your plastic numbers 1 and 2, cardboard, white paper, magazines, other paper, tin and aluminum cans.
We really do appreciate your help in bringing these recyclables to us. You are saving our landfill. Thank you.
